Three days. That’s how long a mother of five was given to leave her home.

Three days with no time to find new housing. Three days with no money for a deposit. Three days from homelessness.

Then Jessica Treviño stepped in.

Jessica reviewed the lease. The documents the landlord provided said something different from the eviction notice. The lease actually allowed seven days to leave, not three. That discrepancy mattered. At the eviction hearing, Jessica pointed it out. The judge ruled in their favor.

And a family got more time. More time to find housing. More time to stabilize. More time to stay together.
