Today I get to celebrate 10 years in the warranty business!! I was the first sales rep we hired in Texas, now we have four. It’s not an easy business to be a part of, but Home Warranty was the perfect place for me to start my sales career. The owners, the office staff and the other sales reps across the country have become friends and family. Thank you for taking the chance on a guy that was more comfortable in work boots and playing in the dirt than in a collar shirt and dress shoes!

A special THANK YOU goes to the agents, title companies and lenders that have helped build Home Warranty into what it is today. I appreciate every opportunity to serve you and earn your trust.

A few things have changed in ten years….

2016- we had 8 sales reps and operated in 17 states.

Today- 22 sales reps and operate in 49 states.

If you aren’t growing, you’re dying.

July was… well, look for yourself. July drug me behind its wood paneled station wagon for miles! Any industry within Real Estate is not for the faint of heart. Having great business partners make months like July a little easier to handle. Thank you all for the opportunity to serve and earn your business.

June was a doozy!! Still growing, still meeting new people and making friends. Growth doesn’t happen accidentally, or without help. A huge Thank You to every agent, title company and lender for the trust and friendship.

Wow!! What to say about May... I was fortunate enough to gain the trust of 15 new agents! Of those 15 agents, 10 of them came from new agencies. Growth has been hard to come by lately so it’s refreshing to see. I drove 5,831 miles this month to make new friends and visit some old ones.

A massive thank you goes out to every real estate professional that trusts Home Warranty. I couldn’t do it without you! I’d drive every mile and have every awkward conversation again, oh wait, I will… In June!
