Louis Lipsky
Louis I. Lipsky serves as the managing partner of both the firm’s Pennsylvania and New Jersey offices. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated with honors from The Wharton School of Business, majoring in entrepreneurial management and marketing, with a BS Economics in 1983. Mr. Lipsky is also a 1986 honors graduate of The Temple University School of Law and is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Scott Brandt
Scott H. Brandt is an associate of the firm practicing in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a 1988 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Mr. Brandt is also a 1992 graduate of the Temple University School of Law where he graduated cm laude and was a member of the Temple Law Review. He is admitted to practice before the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Victor Lipsky
Victor Lipsky is a founding member and senior partner of the firm. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated from the Wharton School of Business with a BS in Economics in 1957. Mr. Lipsky is also a 1960 graduate of the Temple University School of Law and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Philip Brandt
Philip M. Brandt is a founding partner of the firm practicing in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. He jointly founded the firm in 1982 with his partner, Victor Lipsky. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated from the Wharton School of Business with a BS degree in Economics in 1961. Mr. Brandt is a 1964 cm laude graduate of Harvard Law School and is admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
