Hello everyone! I’m a Mobile Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent serving Tulare, Kings, and Fresno Counties. I’m currently looking to grow more in General Notary Work (GNW) such as hospital notarizations, power of attorney, trust documents, affidavits, etc.

If anyone has advice on how to get more general notary clients, or if you know any hospitals, law offices, senior living facilities, or businesses that need a reliable mobile notary, I would truly appreciate the guidance and referrals.

Hello everyone, I’m looking for some guidance.

I’ve completed four loan signings since January and have not yet received payment for any of them. I’m currently active on Snapdocs and SigningOrder, and I’m registered with VendorPay.

I’d appreciate any advice on best practices to ensure timely payment, common mistakes to avoid, or recommendations for the most reliable payment methods or platforms.
