Early morning giving of keys 🔑 with the cutest keychains from 🥰 The buyer beat out 6 offers. He did everything I suggested because he said this is the one. So we went super aggressive. It’s scary I get it. But guess what? It appraised higher than our over asking offer. And each month he’ll be gaining equity. So blessed that he trusted me and now he has a 🏡

A little behind in sharing closings, but super thankful this one worked out. Real estate is never the same, like having to tell sellers the buyer lost their job 4 days before closing 😭 It was a longer road than we hoped but so happy sellers are out of this one and onto the next just in time for Christmas 🎄
