An event like our First Annual Multicultural Festival does not come together without a community behind it.
To each of our incredible sponsors: THANK YOU! ❤️ Your generosity and belief in this event are helping us create a day where the cultures, traditions, stories, music, food, and people that make Tulare County so special can come together and be celebrated. We truly could not do this without you!
And now… we are excited to introduce the three incredible community leaders who will be guiding us through the day as our Festival MCs!
Tulare County Supervisor Eddie Valero
A longtime Central Valley resident and proud Orosi High School graduate, Supervisor Valero represents District 4 on the Tulare County Board of Supervisors. An educator and public servant at heart, he has dedicated much of his career to community collaboration, education, and creating opportunities for youth throughout our region.
Brissa Prado
One of our very own Business Members, community advocate, and one of the strongest supporters of this festival! Brissa is the CEO of Prado & Associates, a legal document preparation firm serving clients throughout California, across the U.S., and internationally. Having immigrated from Michoacán, Mexico as a child, Brissa has built a career rooted in advocacy and helping underserved communities and individuals facing language barriers. She continues to give back through mentorship, education, community involvement, and—most certainly—through the incredible support she has given this festival from the very beginning. ❤️
Visalia City Councilmember Emmanuel Hernandez Soto
A first-generation Latino leader and proud Visalian, Emmanuel represents District 4 on the Visalia City Council. A graduate of College of the Sequoias and UC San Diego, he has spent years serving our community through nonprofit work, advocacy, and public service—and we are especially proud to have had him as a fellow member of the Tulare County League of Mexican American Women.
We couldn't think of three better people to help us celebrate the stories, cultures, and people of Tulare County.
Please join us in thanking our sponsors and welcoming our 2026 Multicultural Festival MCs!🎉
