Clients who become friends who become clients again...

I first met this sweet family back in 2015 when they walked into one of my open houses while they were shopping for a REALTOR®. Since then, we’ve bought twice and sold once together. Somewhere along the way, they became much more than clients.

I’ve had the privilege of watching their family grow to include two kiddos, seeing them navigate job changes and new seasons of life, and helping with the real estate decisions that came along with those chapters.

Over a decade later, I’m so grateful that what started at an open house has turned into a friendship. This is exactly why I love this work.

You guys, it's been a big week. Today, this incredible home in Green Hill by the Bay completed the hat trick - our third big Virginia Beach closing this week at RealTrue®!

My sellers called after going under contract on their next home and wanted to move fast. Within hours, we had the plan in motion.

I’m particularly proud of this closing.

Up against multiple offers, and with a house they needed to sell, my buyers needed a strong strategy in order to purchase the house they wanted.

With intentional, open communication with the listing agent ( Miller, who was awesome to work with) and some creative financing, we won the contract. And then it was all hands-on deck preparing their house to get on the market quickly.

We got it done. It sold quickly with great terms and closed just in time.

And now I’m excited to get to see my clients get settled in and begin to build memories in their new home. Congratulations to all!
