Some closings are a little extra special.

And just like that…the music stops.

Our little game of Real Estate Musical Chairs is officially complete!

If you’ve been following along:

🏡 Closing #1 was a record-breaking sale, the highest-priced sale ever for that model in the building.

➡️ Those sellers moved into Closing #2.

➡️ The seller of Closing #2 moved into this one.

And with today’s closing, our final seller is saying goodbye to the building and heading off on his next adventure.

Three listings. Three closings. One bayfront building.

What looked like a game of musical chairs on social media involved a whole lot of coordination behind the scenes. Each transaction had its own buyers, sellers, timelines and moving pieces, but they all had to come together to get everyone where they wanted to go.

And that’s one of my favorite parts of this job.

Real estate isn’t always a simple Point A to Point B. Sometimes it’s figuring out Points A, B and C at the same time, and making sure everyone has a chair when the music stops.

I’m incredibly grateful to all three of my sellers for trusting me to help navigate their moves.

Real Estate Musical Chairs: Move #2

Remember yesterday’s record-breaking sale?

Well, my sellers weren’t leaving the building…they were just changing their view.

After selling their condo, they moved right into this one…which just happened to be another one of my listings.

And here’s where things get interesting…

The seller of this condo wasn’t leaving the building either. He had his eye on another unit, which, you guessed it, was also one of my listings. 😂

Three condos. Three closings. One building on the bay. And a whole lot of coordination behind the scenes to make sure all the pieces fell into place.

These are the transactions that remind me how much more there is to real estate than putting a sign in the yard (or, in this case, the condo window). Sometimes it’s about coordinating a lot of moving pieces to help everyone get exactly where they want to go.

Closing #2 of 3 is complete.

SOLD! AND A NEW RECORD!

This one deserves a little extra celebration.

Not only did we get this beautiful bayfront condo SOLD, but we officially set a new record for the highest-priced sale of this model ever in the building!

That’s an incredible result for my sellers and one I’m especially proud to have helped them achieve.

But the sale price is only half the story here…

Because while my sellers handed over the keys to this condo, they weren’t quite ready to leave the building. In fact, they already had their eyes on another unit just a few doors away.

And that seller? Well…she had somewhere else in the building she wanted to go, too.

Somehow I found myself in the middle of what can only be described as a game of bayfront real estate musical chairs.

Three of my listings. Three closings. One building. And a whole lot of moving pieces that had to come together just right.

This was Closing #1 of 3, a record-setting sale and the move that started it all.

A few years ago, I had the privilege of helping these clients purchase this home.

Some homes are more than just houses.

They’re where babies take their first steps, birthdays are celebrated, neighbors become lifelong friends, and ordinary moments turn into the memories you’ll carry forever.

This home has been all of that and more for some very dear friends of ours, so while it’s bittersweet to see this chapter come to an end, we’re also incredibly excited for everything that lies ahead for them.
