🏡 UNDER CONTRACT! 🏡

I truly believe one of the reasons I fell in love with real estate started long before I ever became a Realtor.

Growing up, my parents were always building, remodeling, or bringing new life to a home. I can still remember sitting in the paint store while Mama flipped through wallpaper books, carefully matching carpet samples to the perfect pattern. We would make trips to my aunt’s home décor store in Winston-Salem, and we’d come home with the trunk packed full of treasures. Her shop always reminded me of the charm and beauty of the Pottery in Williamsburg. Mama would sew her own curtains, and Daddy would build the cornice boards to finish every room.

Those memories taught me to see potential where others might only see work.

That’s why properties like this one excite me so much. I don’t just see a house—I see the beginning of someone’s forever home. With vision, hard work, and a little patience, even a diamond in the rough can become someone’s castle.

I’m excited to announce this property is officially UNDER CONTRACT, and I can’t wait to watch its transformation unfold!
