Our founder, Diane Toscano, was recognized by Virginia Lawyers Weekly in Richmond on Thursday for securing the $10 million jury verdict in the Abigail Zwerner case, which was the largest verdict in Virginia in 2025. Diane was honored to accept this award on behalf of the legal teams at Toscano Law Group and Breit Biniazan. Awards aside, we will continue to fight for Abby until she receives the justice the verdict represents.
