Happy Read Across America Week!!! Today I stopped by Tanner’s Creek Elementary in Norfolk to read All Rise by Carole Weatherford to students. We really had a good time and the students had a lot of great questions. One of them even gave me the best compliment saying I look like Justice Jackson on the cover of the book!! Love inspiring a love of reading and the law in our future leaders📚🎓✏️👩‍🏫⚖️👩🏾‍⚖️

We had an AMAZING time getting with in Downtown Norfolk! 🎃Hopeful this will be an annual event raising funds for - last night’s event raised over $50,000 to help those impacted by food insecurity in Hampton Roads. The Foodbank is one of my favorite local charities I give to every year. Check them out to donate or volunteer! Thanks and for the invite👻
