With nearly 20 years of real estate processing experience and more than a decade at Caplan, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge to every closing.

As one of our processors, Amy brings experience, kindness, and a people-first approach to every transaction. Her favorite part? Working with agents and clients who believe good communication and teamwork make all the difference.

A proud Navy brat, Amy returned to Virginia Beach in 1989 and has called Hampton Roads home ever since. She even purchased the house she grew up in, where she raised her own children and now gets to make new memories with her first grandchild.

And when she's not busy with closings? Her perfect day involves packing up for the beach and staying put until sunset.
