Congratulations to our client and friend Priscilla on the purchase of her first home!

So this one is a unique story. We had another client who was searching for their new home, but needed to sell their current townhome to use the proceeds for their next home. Although we do it all the time, it can certainly be tricky navigating a home sale contingency and the perfect timing that is necessary for that process.

We thought these two clients would be the perfect fit for an off market deal 👀 so we showed her their home, she fell in love, and that’s exactly what we facilitated.

No headache for our other client trying to list their home and then starting the timer to find a new one, plus trying to win a multiple offer situation with a home sale contingency..
And no headache for Priscilla competing with anyone else for what she thought was the one for her. She just patiently waited and trusted, and let us handle the rest.
