If you're a Cook County resident with unpaid traffic tickets, this week would be a great time to get them settled without added collection fees. Amnesty Week for county residents runs from Monday through Friday.

Big news! 📣 Driver Defense Team is officially on the move!

Thank you to everyone who has trusted us with your driving-related cases over the years. Because of you, our team is growing so fast that we’ve outgrown our offices.

That’s why later this year we will be moving into a bigger building where the whole team can be under one roof. More information on that to come, so stay tuned!

With that said, in preparation for our big move, we will be closing down our Stone Park office starting Monday, April 20, 2026.

Born and raised on Chicago’s South Side, Kelly brings deep roots and serious legal expertise to DDT. She earned degrees in Criminology, Law Studies, and Spanish from Marquette University, completed law school in just two and a half years (graduating cm laude), and has handled everything from traffic matters to serious felony cases with skill and confidence.
