Broker Sean was grateful to spend lunch at the Vienna Inn (Vienna Inn 🌭🍺🍳🍔) with three longtime friends from Fairfax County Fire & Rescue — three incredible men who have served the Vienna area for decades with dedication, courage and an unwavering commitment to our community. ❤️🚒

The friendship and brotherhood built through so many years of service is something truly special. 🌟

Two of these gentlemen have also trusted Sean with their real estate needs over the years, which has been a genuine honor. And his friendship with the third runs especially deep — Sean’s nephew, Giovanni, was named after him. ❤️

More than anything, this lunch was simply about friendship, appreciation and catching up with three people who have given so much of themselves to the community.

Sean is incredibly grateful for their friendship and their many years of service — and always humbled when that trust extends to allowing him to be part of something as personal as their real estate journey. 🔑🏡

Thank you, heroes, for your service, your friendship and all you continue to do for our community! ✨

Over 10 years ago, one of Lydia Real Estate’s clients purchased a home in DC and selected First Excel Title, LLC for the closing.

Dan was the settlement agent that day, and he immediately made an impression on our Principal Broker Sean Sharifi.

His attention to detail was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, personable and thorough, and he made the entire closing experience feel seamless for the client.

Sean left that closing knowing Dan was someone he wanted to work with again.

More than a decade later, that professional relationship is still going strong. ❤️

Lydia Real Estate is fortunate to work with several incredible title companies and provides clients with trusted options while always respecting their choice of title company.

First Excel Title is one of those trusted partners — and throughout the years, dozens & dozens of closings later, Dan and his team have continued to provide the same exceptional service, professionalism and attention to detail that stood out at that very first closing.

There’s something special about relationships in this business that stand the test of time.

More than 10 years later, Lydia Real Estate is grateful to continue working alongside Dan and the First Excel Title team. 🏡🔑

Some of you may know that our Principal Broker, Sean Sharifi, has proudly served as a volunteer firefighter with the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department () for more than 20 years.

This summer, it was our honor at Lydia Real Estate to participate in the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department’s annual golf tournament ‘Field House Classic’ at Westwood Country Club. ⛳️

It’s always a wonderful day bringing our community together while raising funds for important equipment and resources that help our local first responders keep our neighbors safe. 🪓🧰🚒🚑

We were also so happy to invite our wonderful friends from Texas Donuts to join the Lydia Real Estate team for the day! 🍩⛳️
…And in true Texas Donuts fashion, they passed the kindness forward and surprised EVERYONE at the tournament with donuts as a gift! 🥹🍩❤️

We’re so grateful to support a fire department that has given so much to the Vienna community — and one that will always be especially close to our hearts. ❤️
