The estate grossly undervalued one asset by more than $100 million which clearly got the Attention of the IRS. Then the IRS valued an asset by $157 million using a valuation model that the Tax Court found was unreasonable. Thankfully, the court slapped both on the wrist for failing to follow the proper standards for valuing intellectual property.
