Wonderful morning with my MCBA Health & Well Being Programing Committee colleagues!
August is National Wellness Month! And to celebrate that, our Health & Well-Being Programming Committee enjoyed a beautiful morning meeting outdoors (before the heat set in!) planning wellness programs for the year ahead.

This month β and every month β remember to take a moment for yourself:

Get outside: walk, bike, kayak, try pickleball, or join MCBA for yoga, wellness walks, or bike rides.
π§ Hydrate: keep water nearby all day, especially in the heat.
π Eat fresh: shop local at the Public Market (and join us THIS Saturday morning for our monthly coffee social!).
π΄ Rest: set a regular bedtime for adequate sleep and better energy.
π§ββοΈ Meditate: even a few minutes helps with calmness. Focus on the exhale.
