MS Dept Highway Patrol is waving the road test. But you have to pass the permit test. And parents will need to sign a waiver (this can be found online ifyouwant to have everything together).A school attendance form, report card, or progress report from the current school year must also be presented along with the Wavier of Road-Testing Affidavit. Take them babies if you feel they are ready! Adults that's been driving 20+ years with no licenses as well.
