It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a remarkable gentleman, lawyer, mentor, and dear friend, David M. Gouldin. Dave was a respected stalwart of our legal community and a cornerstone of our firm. The integrity and professionalism that he brought to his work, along with his respect for others, set a standard that other attorneys aspire to emulate. Dave’s dedication and devotion to his family, friends, clients, colleagues and our entire community will leave an indelible mark on us all. In honor of Dave’s extraordinary life and legacy, our firm’s offices will be closed on Friday, October 30, 2026, to allow our attorneys and staff time to reflect, grieve, and pay tribute to our beloved colleague. We deeply appreciate your understanding and support as we take time to honor a man who meant so much to our LGT family.

As we commemorate the 25th Anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks, Levene Gouldin & Thompson recognizes the contribution our veterans, active military personnel and first responders make every day to keep our country safe.

The attorneys and staff at LG&T are excited to announce that we are again hosting the Levene Gouldin & Thompson Charity Pickleball Tournament (3rd Annual)! 100% of the proceeds from the tournament going directly to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, which supports first responders and veterans locally, and across the country! Participating in the tournament as a player or sponsor is a great way to honor the brave men and women who sacrifice so much to serve and protect all of us.

New York pickleball legend Coach “Z”orano Tubo will again be directing this year’s event, which is being held Veteran’s Day Weekend:

Sunday, November 8th
9 AM Start, with opening ceremonies at 8:30 AM
Binghamton University Lane-Starke Tennis Center

This one-day tournament is for everyone. No experience is necessary! Registration is $45 and $15 for each additional division played in (mixed doubles, women’s doubles, men’s doubles, and scramble for individuals, as well as an optional 70+ bracket).
