But numbers also demonstrate how working proactively gets results - the industry average for buyers backing out of contracts runs between 15-20%, but my contract fall-out rate has never exceeded 5%. When a buyer backs out of a contract, 90% of the time it could have been prevented, and it costs the seller time and money, so I work strategically to help ensure that doesn’t happen.
