Front Desk - Office Support
Job duties include:
Prepare legal documents in Word Processing Program. (typing).
Answering phones and relaying messages
Responding to emails
Confirming Appointments
Setting up and filing documents with the court
Job Requirements:
Must be knowledgeable and experienced in Word programs.
Customer service oriented
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy with documents
Must be able to multitask, be dependable and work independently
Knowledge of legal language or experience preferred but not required
Pay Range $16.00 -$18.00 per hour. Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5pm.
