Kid's night at Sharky's On the Pier starting soon...

Mark your calendars! Kids' Night returns for the summer at Sharky's on Wednesday, June 3rd. Bring the kids down to Sharky's for an evening full of fun for everyone! On Wednesday nights all summer long, the kiddos will enjoy crab walk races, face painting and an exciting scavenger hunt, smack dab on the Gulf. Activities begin at 6:30 PM.

Kids' Night will be held in conjunction with the Sarasota County Kids' Summer Beach Runs! Lace up your sneakers and join in on this free waterside one-mile run. Designed for kids up to the age of 18, these beach runs offer fitness and FUN for the entire family. Sharky's on the Pier is a proud sponsor of this event.

Here are the details:

- Dates: Weekly on Wednesdays - June 3rd through July 29th.
- Location: North Brohard Park - 1600 Harbor Drive South in Venice, FL.
- Registration: Begins at 5:30 PM by the Venice Fishing Pier.
- Start Time: Staggered 6:30 PM start.

After four runs, kids will earn a cool and custom t-shirt! Participation ribbons will be awarded each week. For more information and updates regarding inclement weather, please call 311.

Please note that there will be no Summer Beach Run on Wednesday, July 1st.
