I started in real estate back in September of 1992 while still playing basketball at Clark College. Back then, we had MLS books with black-and-white photos, pagers on our belts, and fax machines running full-time.

A lot has changed since then.

Now it’s 48-photo listings, smart tech, digital signatures, and a whole new way of doing business.

I’ve kept up quite well and am still one of the top Realtors in SW Washington.

But at 52, I’ve been thinking a lot about the next chapter and how I can serve my clients at the highest level in this modern market. I’m thinking a lot about the future, especially since my youngest son, Houston, got into the business with me 4 years ago.

I recognized Houston and I wanted & needed to be a part of something more refined.
