Travis graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and a minor in Business Management from Washington State University

To achieve the managing broker’s license, an individual has to be a full time real estate agent for a consecutive three years and return to school for 90 credit hours, along with passing a series of exams. This license gives Travis three times the state-required education and experience that a typical agent would have. In 12 years, Travis Glendenning has acted as an advocate for clients in transactions totaling over $90 million in real estate sales. He is experienced in all aspects of real estate including existing homes, vacant land, commercial property, and preliminary approved sub divisions. Best mortgage rates in 3 years! This is great news for buyers. Prices have been pretty stable/stagnant for a couple years. Many sellers (for now at least) are still willing to negotiate some, or offer credits. Now may be that thin line were the best long-term deals are made.
