Beyond excited for Jason and his son to officially close on their own little slice of heaven yesterday. Getting them out of the city and into a place filled with peace, space, fresh air, and room to truly enjoy life together means so much.

Just Sold ✨

My clients officially closed on their first home in Washington and what a journey it was.

They’re not first-time buyers, but relocating and purchasing in a new state comes with its own challenges… and this one definitely had a few twists along the way. But through every up and down, we stayed steady, problem-solved, and got it done, on time and successfully 👏🏼
