Growing worker’s compensation applicant’s law firm is looking to hire a full-time attorney. Some experience in worker’s compensation law is preferred but willing to train a right candidate. Attorneys who recently passed California Bar Exam are welcome to apply. In addition to base salary, the firm offers paid PTO and lucrative bonus structure for experienced attorneys only who can handle cases from A to Z with no or minimal supervision. Workers compensation applicant firm is looking to hire full-time legal assistant/paralegal.
1) Bilingual -English/Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
2) Minimum 1 year of experience in workers compensation field either on applicant or defense side is preferred but willing to train the right candidate with good work ethics.
3) Knowledge of A-1 Law and E-filing is a huge plus but is not mandatory.
Pay rate for someone with no experience is $20-21 per hour, and pay rate for someone with at least 1 year of workers workers compensation experience is $23 and up based on experience, skills and knowledge.

Fighting for your workers compensation rights and benefits might sometimes be difficult and subject to lengthy litigation. This applicant had a stroke on the job. He was deposed on multiple occasions, however after multiple depositions of the doctors and lengthy litigation I was able to finalize this complex case to my client’s great satisfaction. There is not a better feeling for an attorney than accomplishing true justice for your clients and having a good impact on their lives.
