It is our honor to announce that our founding member Jay Skinner has been assigned as the State Staff Judge Advocate for the Alabama National Guard. As the State Staff Judge Advocate, Jay serves as the senior military legal advisor to Alabama's Adjutant General, the Commander of the Alabama Army National Guard. In addition to his civilian legal practice in Birmingham and Valley Head, Alabama, Jay has simultaneously served over 21 years in the United States Army JAG Corps.
