Please join us in congratulating Bo Strickland, who will become a partner at our firm on January 1, 2024.
Bo joined the firm in 2020, and he became an essential member of the residential, commercial and agricultural real estate team. His practice focuses on assistance with negotiating sales and acquisitions for commercial, farm, and residential properties and related loan closings; conducting title examinations and issuing title opinions to financial institutions; preparing commercial and residential leases and sales contracts; preparing business organizational documents; conducting foreclosures and dispossessory proceedings as necessary; and advising purchasers, sellers, developers, landlords, and tenants with respect to any real estate-related issues. Bo obtained his BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and received his Juris Doctorate from the Mercer University School of Law. Bo and his wife, Molly, have three children. They are members of First United Methodist Church of Albany. He is involved in our community where he serves on the board of directors for Sowega Council on Aging.
