There’s so much more that goes into selling a home than just putting a sign in the yard. 🏡

Before this home officially hit the market, we talked through preparation for showings, small updates that would make a big impact, and how to best highlight the home for buyers walking through the door. The sellers spent time doing some early packing, freshening up paint, and preparing the home for its debut, and it paid off. ✨

What I loved most about this home was that it never needed staging. The warmth, character, and inviting feel were already there because this home was genuinely lived in and loved. 🤍

Now we’re officially pending and one step closer to the closing table so these sellers can begin their next chapter in a new state. Relocation moves come with a lot of moving pieces, emotions, and planning, and I’m so thankful to help guide clients through that transition from start to finish. 📦🚚

Honestly though, not a bad problem to have.

This one is extra special because this marks my THIRD transaction on this home ✨ Third time’s the charm, right?
