He has been a volunteer firefighter with the Valatie Fire Department for seventeen years. Anthony Buono is a member of SPAAMFAA. On January 1, 1996, I started my legal career in Columbia County, New York, when I was sworn in as an Assistant District Attorney. So according to a judge in California, the arsonists who started the fire in which these two firefighters died not kill them . No, it was the smoke that asphyxiated them that killed them.
This is absolutely absurd.

Murder charges for two teenage boys were dismissed this week after they were accused of setting fire to Porterville Public Library in 2020, which killed two responding firefighters.

After receiving more than $1 million for a generator, the FDNY has announced that Engine 89 in Throggs Neck will be powered around the clock.
