Overview: I'm a Realtor (Team Lead) in need of Showing Agents, I have a large volume of clients and I'm not able to handle all aspects. I'm looking for someone who can work some evenings and weekends. Prior Real Estate experience - Must have at least 1yr with 4 transactions closed. Spanish speaking is a plus.

What's in it for you when you work on my team?
- Depending on experience splits are up to 80%
- On leads I provide, you will receive a split between 30% and 50%
- You will receive training and coaching

Please help me congratulate my First Time Flipper Client Jason on selling his 4 unit apartment complex. After heavy negotiations with Sellers, I was able to get the price reduced from 650K to 585K. A 65K reduction! Also, with a sweet interest rate Jason cash flowed immediately. Text book deal!

Wait there is more good news!

Jason made a few property updates with the intent of making a profit in 6 weeks or less. So our great contractor was able to do all updates for less 40K. It was at this point, he asked me if he could Flip the property for 900K. I said 900K J! Wow man that is very ambitious! However, I said to him let's listed it for 860k and see what happens. If I just relied on the Sold Comps in the area. I would have not move forward with the sales process. In fact, a few of my key Real Estate Flipping Peers said we would not get 650K for that property based on the Comparables Sold in the area. Now if I'd listen to the noise, I would have missed a golden selling opportunity. However, with my experience, negotiating and marketing skills. Jason basically netted a 200K plus profit in 6 weeks on Flipping his first property Folks. Wow! In summary, Jason quit his job to be a full time Flipper.
