Shelley Ferrage Heritage & Main Real Estate My husband and I reside in Uxbridge with our 3 young boys. Sue and Brian Dicks of ERA Key Whitinsville sold us our second home in 2011.

We love the community so much so that when we outgrew our first home, we decided we would only look in Uxbridge for our next home. Ironically our first home was purchased in 2000 and was a duplex which we have been renting out since February of 2011. I feel like the last 15 years have come full circle for us. ling duplex style homes where I met Sue and Brian through various real estate transactions. They then became my realtors and now I have the pleasure of learning the business and working with them. I started in the real estate industry 7 years ago as a sales associate for The Summerfield at Taft Hill active adult development in Uxbridge, MA. New to the industry I was learning all aspects of new home construction from finding the perfect lot and floor plan for the buyer as well as helping them to make all of their interior selections. I gained lots of useful experience during the course of my time there including how to remain successful in a weakened real estate market. After selling over 60 of the 130 homes in that development and with only 3 homes remaining I knew I needed to take the next step in my career. I decided to take the real estate class in September of 2014 and became licensed in November. Joining ERA Key in January was the perfect fit for me. Already knowing the high level of realtor expertise that existed in the Whitinsville office I decided I wanted to work with the best so I could offer my clients the best!

My parents beautiful condo received 6 offers during the open house this past Sunday! So excited for them & the new owners to start the next chapter! Ironically my parents sold their home in MIlford of 57 years & purchased this condo 5 years ago to the date of the open house.

They are enjoying their next chapter at Saint Antoine Community! Although I miss them being 1 street away from me this was the next logical move! They love all the activities, food, & new friends!!!
