I know homeownership doesn’t always feel very affordable right now. But when you zoom out and compare Iowa to the rest of the country, we’re doing better than most. Out of the 100 largest metros in the U.S., only 10 earned an A for housing affordability and Des Moines is valedictorian! The median-priced home here is $349,903, with housing costs requiring about 27.5% of the typical household’s income (below the 30% benchmark considered affordable.)

Long story short - Iowa is still a pretty great place to call home. And life keeps moving and changing, shouldn't your home change to fit those changes as well?

Who: It was such a pleasure to work with the K couple again; they were referred to me years ago by another client.
