Our Story

Anthony R. Beharry studied Mechanical Engineering at Howard University in Washington DC. Due to lack of finances, he dropped out and attended Lincoln Tech automotive technician program. These circumstances were defining moments in his life, further crystallizing his already burning desire for financial independence. After graduating from Lincoln Tech, he worked as an automotive technician for 7 years and became ASE certified in automatic and manual transmissions. During that time, he began studying business and set his sights on real estate investing. In 2002, at the young age of 26, he became a full-time real estate investor, and in 2003 he became a licensed realtor in the state of Maryland. Since then he has become a licensed realtor in DC. In 2013 he became the Broker of Expert Real Estate Advisors Group in Largo, MD. In 2003 he co-founded Beharry Investments Inc., focusing primarily on real estate investing, credit repair and wealth creation. Since being in business, Anthony accepted as his personal mission teaching others about wealth creation through real estate and how to avoid some of the life-altering pitfalls that result from bad financial decisions. Anthony has appeared on the Joe Madison show and John Peterson show on WOL AM radio. Additionally, he has appeared on Primetime News show with Peter Jennings. Anthony is a member of the Washington Real Estate Investing Association (REIA) where he has taught members about foreclosures and general questions for three years. Anthony loves his work and passionately enjoys sharing his knowledge with others. Using his proven system, he has successfully mentored over a dozen people in real estate investing and looks forward to assisting many others in the future.
