Mood: maintenance with meaning. 🤍

This weekend was our biggest donation drive yet.

More homes, more neighbors showing up, more things finding their way to people who’ll actually use and love them.

What started as a simple spring clean has grown into something I’m genuinely proud of.
There’s something quietly powerful about that.

A huge thank you to everyone who opened their doors — and to for making it all move (literally). This community continues to show up in the most beautiful ways, and I don’t take that lightly.

This one was never just about a condo.

It was about friendship that lasted decades.
About women who raised families, hosted holidays, shared stories, and did life side by side.

This home belonged to one of my grandmother’s closest friends.

My grandma passed a little over a year ago at 97.
Her friend — also 97 — is now stepping into a new season, moving closer to her children.

Walking through the home with my daughter felt surreal.

Four generations connected in one space.
My grandmother.
Her lifelong friend.
Me.
My daughter.

Time moves.
Homes change hands.
But love and legacy quietly remain.

Helping her through this transition didn’t feel like work.
It felt like stewardship.
Like closing a chapter with care.

These are the moments that remind me why I do this.

Not for the sale.
But for the people.

September from my favorites folder…

Toured some beautiful homes for a great cause, spent weekends at kids’ sports, celebrated birthdays with good food + good friends, made it out for a concert/date night, finally got the first day of school photo (a few weeks late), and even matched my outfit to my listing. 🏡

The transition into fall feels busy, but I’m loving the new routines, cooler nights, and football Saturdays/Sundays🏈🍂
