Jessi Lee Photography Wedding, Couples and Senior Portrait Photographer. Terms and Conditions

1. The Photographer shall reserve the time and date agreed upon.

It is understood that Whitt Haven Photography (Jessica Whitt) is the exclusive official photographer retained to perform the photographic services requested.
2. No part of any order, including proofs or previews, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.
3. Whitt Haven Photography (Jessica Whitt) reserves the right to use images created for advertising, display, publication or other pur

poses. The client warrants that he or she has the actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the portrait in this manner and shall indemnify and defend the photographer in the event of litigation arising out of such use.
4. Negatives, digital files and previews remain the exclusive property of Whitt Haven Photography (Jessica Whitt).
5. Notice of copyright: It is illegal to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without Whitt Haven Photography's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to civil and criminal penalties.
7. Whitt Haven Photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session.

- Balance due at time of photo shoot.
- Whitt Haven Photography does NOT offer unedited photographs.
- No shows are subject to being charged full shoot price.
- Deposits are non-refundable.

Now that I am catching my breath some I couldn't wait to share this preview! I have been working with Morgan and Hunter for a while now from their Engagement session at VIR to day trip to Topsail for Bridal Portraits and finally for their big day 10.11.25. No one could have expected their planned beach ceremony would be completely impossible because, well, there was no beach left after the storm. Everyone made the absolute best of the day, spirits were high and we got it done and had a blast doing it! They were beautiful and the venue was perfectly decorated with love. Congrats you two! It was a pleasure!
