We're not going to lie to you, this listing was a challenge.

While the home was in great condition, super cute, the owners were fantastic to work with, and it was in an amazing location... the market was its biggest enemy. In that area, there are a lot of new builds with low rate incentives.

We get it, some people don't want to live in a used home if they have an option right next door for a new home.

But as listing agents entrusted by the sellers to help them move on, we weren't going to let the objections defeat us.

We got as creative as creative can get! But that doesn't mean we filmed a bunch of trending videos at this home. While that has a place in a marketing plan, that wasn't ours.

We worked with different VA options, lease to own, investment buyers, and so much more.

Finally... The right buyer was found.

The sellers got a quick close and were able to move on to their next house.

This listing and escrow were a great example that we are definitely not in the same market we were a few years ago. But that doesn't mean the work can't be accomplished and sellers can't be served! It just takes a bit of consistency, market knowledge, and creativity.
