We were proud to have Jordan Goewey and Jake Rea speak at the SC Bar Probate, Estate Planning & Trust Section's advanced seminar.

Jordan presented Basic Instincts: Tax Traps in Lifetime Gift and Death Transfers, and Jake presented Keeping the Keys: Business Succession When Family, Land, and Control Collide.

The seminar brought together attorneys from across the state to work through real-world estate planning, probate, tax, and business succession issues using an interactive case study format.

It was a great opportunity to share practical insights and connect with fellow practitioners dedicated to serving their clients and advancing the profession.
