THIS! Can you stand behind what you are representing/selling? You may not be an "employee" technically, but we all are working for something, even if it is for yourself. Do you believe in the brand you are representing? Has the leader created a culture of positivity and showed up for their people? It can be a warranty company, brokerage, title, TC, lender, your own company, or personal brand (I live in RE, I know other businesses exist 😉) . In reality, we are always representing our personal brand in more ways than one. Can you stand behind it confidently? If the "employee" does not believe in the brand, how can the client? I was so fortunate (and probably lucky) that every single place I chose to hang my license or worked with I believed in and I could stand behind the brand. I had great leaders. I always had in the back of my mind the importance of believing in what I was "selling" and representing. If I can't believe in it, how can the client? I align myself with the people in this business that share my values in the importance of protecting the brand, the culture you create, and building lasting relationships. My company is Achosa Home Warranty and I wholeheartedly believe in it. I can confidently represent this company - but my brand is also the other companies I choose to align myself with and believe in. It is the agents that are my partners and the clients they trust me with. 💙💙💙
