Before pursuing my passion for real estate full time, I worked in various areas of customer service, and committed over 200 hours of community service in my community. I worked for collections call center from July 4th, 2016 to February 22nd, 2017. I was then promoted to management team lead at the age of 19 years old, taking on the responsibilities of managing a team of 20 agents in a call center. I then worked for state health insurance call center, as a customer service representative from September 1st, 2018 to July 2021. My time in the customer service industry will be the foundation of my success as a sales professional. The customer service skills I gained allow me to listen, and better understand the needs of my clients while working faithfully on their behalf. A native of Waterbury, Connecticut which I currently reside with my beautiful fiancé, and 2 year old son. There is no better place to work than in Western Massachusetts.
