Our attorneys regularly handle personal injury matters for Plaintiffs who suffered a loss as the result of a third party’s negligence. These types of cases include the following: dog bites, slip and falls, and car crashes.

Personal injury cases we accept, following an intake process with the potential client, are taken on a contingency fee basis. This means that our firm receives funds from an injured party’s claim only if an amount is awarded at trial to that party or if a settlement is reached outside of litigation with the insurance company.

To determine if your personal injury matter is a case we would accept, we can conduct the intake process over the phone or in office. The intake process assists our office in determining your injuries, damages, personal information, and any witness information necessary to pursue a claim on your behalf.

If you have been injured as the result of someone’s negligence in Tennessee, please note that you only have ONE (1) year from the date of the incident to file a claim against the alleged negligent party or your claim may be barred under Tennessee law due to our statute of limitations.
