Love yard sale season this time of year 📣

It was so fun getting to host the 2nd east side yard sale!

We had a handful of homes and so many shoppers!!

What did you score at the yard sales?

Should we do another in the fall or stick to once a year? 🧚

Sometimes in real estate, magic happens and you write one offer, get it accepted, have a seamless escrow and nothing to keep you up at night, this one though was far from that 🤪

Magic in the sense that it really did all work out 🧚

From the first time we talked about this house to getting into an accepted offer took a lot of back and forth and almost a whole month of negotiations

Once we were in escrow we wanted to make sure that they knew exactly what they were getting into the home was older and had a lot of work that needed to be done. So back to negotiations we went!!

Ultimately they were able to get their closing costs covered, a large reduction in price and I can’t wait to see how they update this beauty and keep its original charm.

So this one is for you, if you’ve been keeping an eye on a property that seems a little high in price, don’t stress about writing the offer that makes sense for you.

• Do not be early, sales start at 8am
• Bring small bills and reusable bags
• Be respectful of neighbors and parking
• Share your favorite finds and tag me .realtor + the event so others can join in!

One of my favorite things about events like this is seeing how much community matters and how much people care about where they live.
