An amazing group of ladies I had the pleasure of meeting today, thank you for invitation!

Thank you to our August guest speaker Macci Morse, a local criminal defense lawyer for nearly ten years. Macci was born and raised in Ukiah. She struggled with addiction in the 90's and experienced what it takes to get clean. With this background she developed the desire to become a criminal defense attorney, advocating for addicts and juveniles. Macci attended Law School as a single mother while also working full time. She takes pride in being compassionate and empathic towards her clients' needs and believes in fighting for her clients in such a way that is reasonable and promotes the truth.

People on probation! As of Jan 1, if you are on misdemeanor probation you may be able to terminate early if you've been on longer than one year! If you are on felony probation it is 2 years! Give me a call! 468-1600.

Hello all! If you know anyone who is currently on probation for, serving a sentence for or has a past conviction for a ma*****na offense such as possession for sale, transportation or cultivation, there is a very good possibility that it is now a misdemeanor under the new law!!!! They need to contact either myself or another attorney immediately to get a reduction! A reduction could take them off felony probation, get them out of custody earlier and could possibly restore gun rights if that was the only felony they had on their record. Please share and spread the word!
