Sometimes life presents us with complex and challenging decisions. Today I face one of those difficult decisions that is not sitting well with me. It is in times like this that self-reflection and some honest, significant soul searching becomes necessary. As I am sure many of you can relate.

The big, important decisions require contemplation and careful analysis of the potential consequences of said decisions. It is incumbent on all of us to ensure that we weigh all the good and bad with any important decision. Too much may be at stake to make an uninformed decision.

So, after much thought, consideration and soul searching, I am not rooting for Alabama or Tennessee. I hope they both lose.

I am looking for someone who cleans houses. I have a house in Senoia that I finished flipping and my former cleaning lady is unavailable. The house is vacant and new. The cleaner can go at their leisure. I would love to have this done before the end of the year. Please share or reach out if you know someone. I do pay cash if that helps.

This is a completely renovated 4 bedroom house with a full basement on 3+ acres. It will be hitting the market within the next 2 weeks. Its under 500K. More on that later.

April 2022 continues the current trend of high volumes of appraisal orders. 67 appraisals completed in April, including 7 appraisals totaling more than 8 Million in new homes being built in Serenbe. My appraisal team continues to work hard and produce the best appraisals in the business.

November was an amazing month as real estate appraisals continue to be in high demand. My team and I completed 65 appraisals in November and have completed 691 in 2021 so far. Not to shabby when our 2021 goal was 515 appraisals.
