Excited to be moving up in the world literally to the 12th Floor of First Place in downtown Tyler and sharing space with my friend Nick Pesina and The Pesina Law Firm PLLC. We've got some of the best views in East Texas from up here and the additional space will allow room to grow.

Noteware Law Firm, P.C. was honored to obtain a unanimous jury verdict in their clients' favor and Judgment on all issues last week in Parker County at the historical 1884 courthouse. What a cool experience trying a jury trial in this setting!

Thankful and proud to receive a judgment in favor of my client from the Texas 6th Court of Appeals in Texarkana. This ruling reversed a Harrison County trial court judgment against my client and dismissed all of the opposing party's claims. If you need help with a civil appeal keep Noteware Law Firm in mind.

We have some amazing historic courthouses in Texas (shhh, don't say a word about Smith County), and the firm was privileged to have a hearing in one of the most stunning examples recently -- Parker County in Weatherford. Originally constructed in 1884!
