In grateful memory of Alan Wayne Tomme, a valued member of the Flowers Davis, PLLC oil and gas team. Alan joined our firm in 2005 and practiced in the areas of Oil & Gas Transactions and Oil & Gas Title Opinions. He passed away in late January; services will be held on March 13. Alan, you are missed!

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of A. Dean Chapman, who passed away in May. Celia Flowers, Senior Partner of Flowers Davis, PLLC shared: "Dean was an outstanding lawyer and an even better friend. His depth of knowledge in the areas of oil and gas and real estate law was unparalleled. We were fortunate to have him of-counsel to our firm since 1997. A gentle man and a gentleman to the end, even in his final years post-Covid, Dean could always be counted on to get dressed and to the office, ready to serve his clients. He is deeply missed. We look forward to celebrating his life with his friends and family in October."
