Our PHYSICAL office will be closed indefinitely due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

However, our VIRTUAL office is open. Even though we are currently working from home, almost everything we need to do is being done. We are still representing and defending our clients. We are still getting charges dropped for our clients. We are still taking on new cases. We are still communicating with our clients daily, making sure they're up to date on what is going on. JUSTICE IN EAST TEXAS THIS MORNING. Rumor has it that this thing called "justice" can be hard to find out here in Smith County. Well, we've been finding it for our clients. Just this morning we had a 2nd Degree Felony (a potential 20-year prison sentence) reduced to a class C misdemeanor (i.e., a fine only and no jail time). Two weeks ago we had another 2nd degree felony reduced to a misdemeanor where the client got no jail time.
