IMPORTANT: The Alabama Supreme Court has ordered all in-person hearings until April 16, 2020 to be reset for a later date. However, some criminal and domestic settings are exempted from this order. If you do not hear from your attorney in the next couple days, contact us to find out if you still need to appear in court.

Until then, please continue to follow the guidance of your local health department and the CDC.

Our office remains open until further notice, but we also continue to be available via phone, video conference and email to anyone who needs a lawyer but can’t make it to the office for any reason.
