🏡 Sellers, let's talk about buyer behavior in today's market.

One piece of feedback I hear often from showing agents is:

"My buyers really liked the house... they're just thinking about it."

A few years ago, that feedback was rare. Buyers felt pressure to make a decision quickly because homes were selling fast and inventory was limited. Like make a decision in 15 minutes or less.... it was absurd!

This closing was such a special one for several reasons! Not only did we receive MULTIPLE OFFERS on this home, but I also had the opportunity to work alongside another Ramsey Trusted agent for the very first time. Most people don’t know this, but I’m also a Ramsey Trusted agent, so it was really neat getting to work with another agent who shares many of the same values and approach to serving clients.
