Jones, Gotcher & Bogan, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of Morgan T. Smith as a Shareholder and Director of the firm. Ms. Smith has been with the firm since May 2018 when she joined as an extern, then in April of 2019 she became an associate attorney.
Ms. Smith obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University. She went on to receive her law degree from the University of Tulsa in December of 2018. Ms. Smith practices in a number of areas, including family law, civil litigation, estate planning, and trust and estate litigation. Ms. Smith is a proud member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Tulsa County Bar Association, The Council Oak/Johnson-Sontag American Inn of Court, and Tulsa Estate Planning Forum. She enjoys being involved in the community with Lawyers Fighting Hunger and Family and Children’s Services. She was also chosen as one of Oklahoma Magazine’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2022 and 2023 Oklahoma Super Lawyers Rising Star.
